INK Level Counter Chip
Every printed page is recorded to this memory chip which has counter limit , If the printing page reach to setted limit . Printer will consider this ink cartridges has no ink . Even it is full of ink. This is manufactur’s way to prevent from user to use contineous refill.
SMALL INK TANK & LEVEL SENSOR
Printer head itself has small ink tank which will detect ink level which is detected by ink level sensor. If this small ink tank is empty . It will send Error Message ” Ink Depleted “

INSIDE OF THE CARTRIDGE
Each ink cartridge contains one or more ink reservoirs; inside each partition of the ink reservoir is a heating element with a tiny metal plate or resistor. In response to a signal given by the printer,
a tiny current flows through the metal or resistor making it warm, and the ink immediately surrounding the heated plate is vaporized into a tiny air bubble inside the nozzle.

An Ink Supply Tank is a device used on inkjet printers that increase the capacity of ink
